Cancellation Policy

IAWS Waiver & Studio Policy By participating in any class, event, workshop, livestream, or online session hosted by I Am Wellness Studio (IAWS), you acknowledge that your participation is voluntary and at your own risk. You understand that yoga, strength training, mobility work, breathwork, and other wellness practices involve inherent physical and emotional risks. You assume full responsibility for your well-being during and after participation. Release of Liability By attending, you release and hold harmless I Am Wellness Studio, its owners, instructors, contractors, collaborators, and partner venues from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from your participation, including those resulting from ordinary negligence. You agree not to pursue legal action related to your participation. Personal Responsibility You agree to: Inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or limitations before class. Consult a healthcare provider if needed. Move within your own capacity. Emergency Care In case of emergency, you authorize IAWS to seek medical assistance on your behalf. Any related expenses are your responsibility. Media Release IAWS may photograph or record classes and events for promotional and educational purposes. By attending, you grant permission for use of your image or likeness unless you notify the studio in writing prior to participation. All content is used respectfully and in alignment with the dignity of our community. Minors Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian assumes full responsibility and agrees to these terms on behalf of the minor. No Refund Policy All purchases (classes, memberships, events, workshops, and retail) are final and non-refundable. Transfers or credits may be issued at the studio’s discretion. Community Conduct IAWS is a space of respect and integral well-being. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate participation in cases of unsafe or disrespectful behavior. Attendance implies acceptance of this waiver and studio policy.
