With more than 10 years practicing different styles of yoga, 6 years sharing classes , a Master in Reiki and Life Coaching; compromised on the continuous education & research of holistic therapies; she's convinced that "we all are one, and every change starts from within us"

LOLA GARCIA BUSTAMANTE

For more than 9 years practicing different styles of training and certifications such as Barralates, Barre Intensity, Jump It , Personal & Group Fitness Training By ISSA School; she works with the physical body from consciousness, understanding each movement from its technique and posture.
