For the first time in Yuma, IAWS and Lumin Pilates come together to bring you an immersive 120-hour Classical Mat Pilates Teacher Training.

Created for Pilates lovers, movement professionals, instructors, and anyone ready to go beyond taking class!  to understand the method, experience it in their own body, and learn how to teach it with confidence

Whether you want to become a Pilates teacher, expand your current movement practice, or simply go deeper into the Classical Pilates method, this training is designed to take you from practice to understanding, and from understanding, to teaching

No previous teaching experience required.

The training is divided into two immersive modules, giving you time to learn, practice, integrate and return ready to build on your experience.

HANDS-ON LEARNING

This training is intentionally limited to 15 participants to create space for hands-on mentorship, individual feedback, practice teaching, questions and real connection throughout the process.
