PAY IN FULL · $1,500 Prefer to take care of everything at once? Complete your tuition in one payment. All tuition must be paid in full no later than two weeks before Module 1. Online payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.

Cancellation Policy
**CANCELLATION, REFUND & PARTICIPATION POLICY** Registration for the IAWS x Lumin Pilates 120-Hour Classical Mat Pilates Teacher Training is a commitment to the complete program, including all required modules, coursework, practice, and teaching hours. A **$250 deposit** is required to secure your spot and is applied toward total tuition. Because enrollment is limited to 15 participants, the deposit and all tuition payments are **non-refundable and non-transferable**, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Participants choosing a payment plan remain responsible for completing the agreed tuition payments. Withdrawal, missed training dates, or inability to complete the program due to personal, professional, medical, travel, childcare, scheduling, or other circumstances does not qualify for a refund or credit, except where required by law. Online processing fees are non-refundable. **PARTICIPATION & SAFETY** Due to the physical nature of the training, **this program is not open to pregnant participants.** Participants must disclose any injuries, physical limitations, or medical conditions that may affect participation and obtain medical clearance when appropriate. Pilates and physical activity involve inherent risks of injury. By participating, each participant voluntarily assumes these risks and agrees to work within their own abilities and limitations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IAWS and Lumin Pilates are not responsible for injuries or physical conditions arising from participation, except for liability that cannot legally be waived. Participants must attend required training dates and complete all observation, practice, teaching, reading, and coursework requirements. A certificate is awarded only after successful completion of all program requirements. IAWS and Lumin Pilates may make reasonable changes to instructors, schedules, format, or training logistics when necessary. If the entire training is canceled and no alternative date or equivalent program can be provided, eligible tuition payments will be refunded. IAWS and Lumin Pilates are not responsible for travel, lodging, transportation, childcare, lost wages, or other personal expenses. By registering and submitting payment, participants acknowledge and accept this policy, the training dates, tuition commitment, participation requirements, and inherent risks associated with the program.
