Cancellation Policy

Bookings Advance booking is encouraged. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability and capacity. All participants must be registered before participating. Cancellations & No-Shows Class cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 2 hours before start time through the IAWS app, website, or WhatsApp. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a $10 fee plus loss of the class credit. Special events, trainings, private sessions, and Wellness Celebrations may have different cancellation or rescheduling terms. Those terms take precedence when provided at booking. Refunds & Credits All classes, memberships, packages, workshops, events, trainings, private services, and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated. When eligible, IAWS may issue studio credit instead of a refund. Late cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits. For experiences including food, beverages, merchandise, supplies, or third-party costs, those amounts may be excluded from studio credit. If food or beverages are included, eligible credit may be limited to up to 75% of the amount paid. If IAWS cancels a class, event, or service and no alternative is provided, the payment may be refunded or credited. Physical Adjustments Hands-on adjustments are optional and may be declined at any time. Health & Participation Practice within your abilities, use modifications, and stop if you experience pain, dizziness, unusual discomfort, or other concerning symptoms. Inform the instructor of any injury, pregnancy, recent surgery, medical condition, or limitation affecting participation. Minors Participants under 18 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian and have guardian consent. Studio Conduct Harassment, discrimination, threatening, unsafe, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. IAWS may refuse or end participation when necessary for safety, conduct, capacity, or policy compliance. Participation Waiver Participation is subject to the IAWS Participation Waiver & Assumption of Risk. Participants voluntarily assume these risks and must follow instructor guidance and their own limits. Media IAWS may photograph or record classes/events for marketing. Participants may opt out by notifying IAWS before participation. By booking, purchasing, registering, or participating, you agree to applicable IAWS policies and the Participation Waiver & Assumption of Risk.
