Cancellation Policy

IAWS Booking & Cancellation Policy Bookings -Advance booking is highly encouraged. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability and class capacity. All participants must be registered before joining class. Cancellations & No-Shows -Cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours before class through the IAWS app or website, or by contacting IAWS via WhatsApp. -Cancellations made less than 2 hours before class and no-shows are subject to a $10 fee + loss of the class credit. Refunds & Credits -All bookings, classes, and special events are non-refundable. When eligible under the applicable cancellation policy, an IAWS credit may be issued instead of a refund. -Late cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits and remain subject to the applicable $10 fee. -Refunds will only be issued when a class or event is canceled directly by IAWS. Physical Adjustments -Some classes may include optional hands-on adjustments or physical guidance from instructors. If you prefer not to receive physical adjustments, please let your instructor know before class. Your preference will always be respected. Minors -Participants under 18 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian, who must provide consent prior to participation. IAWS may require parent or guardian presence depending on the participant’s age, class, or activity. Community & Studio Conduct -IAWS is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. Respect for personal space, bodies, backgrounds, identities, abilities, and boundaries is expected at all times. -Harassment, discrimination, threatening, unsafe, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. -IAWS reserves the right to refuse participation or admission, or ask a participant to leave, when reasonably necessary for safety, respectful conduct, capacity, or compliance with studio policies, subject to applicable law. Acknowledgment -Participants are responsible for managing their reservations and reviewing schedule updates. By booking, participants acknowledge and agree to IAWS booking and cancellation policies.
