A simple, intentional way to celebrate through movement, connection & wellness. Your Celebration Includes: • 3 hours of private studio access • Up to 15 guests • 1 private wellness experience — Yoga, Pilates, Sound Healing, Body Performance, Barre, Dance Mix + more • Signature IAWS styling with coordinated balloons & classic celebration signage • Mini IAWS wellness gift for each guest • Infused water • IAWS hospitality throughout your celebration Off-Site Celebrations: +$35 added to the base package price. We set the space. You come celebrate. ADDITIONAL REQUESTS & UPGRADES Every celebration includes thoughtful IAWS touches to make your moment feel special. Want a little extra? Custom décor and personalized details are available starting at $25+ and quoted separately. Celebration Menu add-ons are provided by our local partners and paid directly to each vendor.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. Final payment is due 7 days before the celebration. All Wellness Celebration purchases are non-refundable. Cancellations & Credits The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable and not eligible for credit. Eligible amounts paid above the deposit may be issued as IAWS credit valid for 6 months from the cancellation date. No cash refunds. Rescheduling Date changes must be requested at least 7 days before the celebration, are subject to availability, and require a $35 rescheduling fee. Requests made less than 7 days before the event are treated as cancellations. Add-Ons & Vendors Add-ons and vendor services are not included in the package price and are charged separately. Once requested, ordered, or confirmed, the host is responsible for all related costs even if the event is canceled or rescheduled. These costs are non-refundable and not eligible for IAWS credit unless refunded to IAWS by the vendor. Outside vendors, food, beverages, décor, or equipment require prior IAWS approval. Time & Capacity Packages include 3 hours of private studio access for up to 15 guests. Select experiences requiring less equipment, such as Yoga or Sound Healing, may accommodate up to 16 guests with prior IAWS approval. Event time will not be extended for late arrivals. Fewer guests do not reduce the package price. Participation & Studio Conduct All participating guests must be registered; minors require parent/legal guardian consent. Hands-on adjustments may be offered and guests may opt out by notifying the instructor. Guests must respect IAWS property, equipment, personal boundaries, and studio policies. The host may be responsible for damages caused by their guests. IAWS may refuse participation or ask a guest to leave for unsafe, discriminatory, threatening, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior. IAWS Cancellations If IAWS cancels the celebration and an alternative date cannot be mutually agreed upon, eligible payments made directly to IAWS may be refunded or issued as credit. Acknowledgment -Any item, service, customization, or upgrade not expressly listed as included in the selected package is considered an additional expense and is the financial responsibility of the client- By booking, the host agrees to these terms and is responsible for communicating applicable IAWS guidelines to their guests.
