Everything you love about our Signature Celebration, with an elevated touch of hospitality. Your Celebration Includes: • Everything included in Signature • Enhanced IAWS styling • Mini IAWS wellness gift for each guest • Choice of one: Sparkling Mineral Water, Blooms, Coffee, or Tea Service • Special IAWS class discount for each guest Your 3-hour reservation includes setup, celebration time, wrap-up, and exit. Please arrive at your scheduled start time, as access to the studio begins then. Additional time is available at $50 per hour. Off-Site Celebrations: +$35 added to the base package price. A little more elevated. Still effortless. ADDITIONAL REQUESTS & UPGRADES Every celebration includes thoughtful IAWS touches designed to make your moment feel special. Custom décor and personalized details are available starting at $25+ and quoted separately. Celebration Menu add-ons are provided by our local partners and paid directly to each vendor.
Cancellation Policy
By booking an IAWS Wellness Celebration, the client agrees to the following: Booking & Payment A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date. The remaining balance is due 1 week before the event. All Wellness Celebration purchases are final and non-refundable. Event Time Each celebration includes 3 hours of studio access, including setup, celebration time, wrap-up, cleanup, and exit. Access begins at the scheduled start time. Additional time is $50 per hour, subject to availability. Guest Count Packages are designed for up to 15 guests. Any exception must be approved by IAWS in advance. Rescheduling & Cancellations Rescheduling requests must be made at least 10 days before the event and are subject to availability. There is no rescheduling fee. The deposit remains non-refundable. Eligible amounts paid above the deposit may be issued as IAWS credit valid for 6 months. Vendor expenses or custom items already ordered or paid are non-refundable. Décor, Add-Ons & Vendors Package styling includes the IAWS décor and details listed in the selected package. Custom décor and personalized requests start at $25+ and are quoted separately. Local partner add-ons are priced separately and paid directly to the vendor. Off-Site Celebrations Off-site celebrations include a $35 fee added to the base package price. Health & Participation Participation in movement and wellness activities is voluntary. Guests are responsible for their own health, physical limits, hydration, and well-being. Guests should inform the coach of any relevant injury, pregnancy, recent surgery, medical condition, or limitation and stop if they experience pain, dizziness, nausea, shortness of breath, weakness, or unusual discomfort. By participating, guests acknowledge the inherent risks of physical activity and accept responsibility for their participation. Alcohol & Conduct If alcohol is brought or consumed, guests are responsible for their own consumption, behavior, transportation, and compliance with applicable law. IAWS is not responsible for the effects or misuse of alcohol. Unsafe or disruptive behavior may be stopped when necessary for safety. By submitting payment and reserving a Wellness Celebration, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
