Cancellation Policy

Bookings Advance booking is encouraged. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability and class capacity. All participants must be registered before joining class. Cancellations & No-Shows Cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours before class through the IAWS app, website, or by contacting IAWS via WhatsApp. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before class and no-shows are subject to a $10 fee + loss of the class credit. Refunds & Credits All bookings, classes, memberships, packages, and special events are non-refundable. When eligible, IAWS credit may be issued instead of a refund. Late cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits. Refunds are only issued when a class or event is canceled directly by IAWS. Physical Adjustments Hands-on adjustments may be offered in some classes and are always optional. Please let your instructor know if you prefer not to receive physical adjustments. Minors Participants under 18 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian and must have guardian consent before participating. Studio Conduct IAWS is committed to a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. Harassment, discrimination, threatening, unsafe, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. IAWS may refuse participation or ask a participant to leave when reasonably necessary for safety, conduct, capacity, or policy compliance. Participation Waiver Participation in IAWS classes and services is subject to the IAWS Participation Waiver & Assumption of Risk. Participants are responsible for practicing within their own limits, using modifications when needed, and informing the instructor of any relevant injury, pregnancy, recent surgery, physical limitation, or other concern that may affect participation. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy and the IAWS Participation Waiver & Assumption of Risk.
