Cancellation Policy

IAWS Waiver & Studio Policy By participating in any class, event, workshop, livestream, online session, or use of facilities at I Am Wellness Studio (IAWS), you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Assumption of Risk Yoga, Pilates, strength training, heated classes, mobility work, breathwork, wellness practices, and use of studio equipment involve inherent risks, including muscle strain, falls, heat-related illness, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, and emotional responses. You assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, or condition occurring during or after participation. Release of Liability You release and hold harmless IAWS, its owners, instructors, contractors, employees, collaborators, and partner venues from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation, including those resulting from ordinary negligence, to the fullest extent permitted under Arizona law. You agree not to pursue legal action related to participation. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and defend IAWS against any claims, liabilities, or costs resulting from your conduct or breach of this agreement. Personal Responsibility You agree to inform instructors of injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or limitations prior to participation and to move within your capacity. Participation does not create a medical or therapeutic relationship. Emergency Care In case of emergency, you authorize IAWS to seek medical assistance on your behalf. Related expenses are your responsibility. Media Release IAWS may photograph or record classes and events for promotional or educational use. By participating, you grant permission for use of your image unless written notice is provided in advance. Minors Participants under 18 require written parental or legal guardian consent. The parent or guardian assumes full responsibility on behalf of the minor. No Refund Policy All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Community Conduct IAWS reserves the right to refuse service or terminate participation for unsafe or inappropriate behavior. Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
